Shore Excursions

Guests with a booking number can reserve Pre-Designed and Custom Private Excursions at any time prior to sailing. Select Group Excursions will be available to reserve in My Yacht Account 120 days prior to sailing. As inventory is limited, making reservations in advance is highly recommended to ensure your preferred excursion is available.

The excursions at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection have been designed by destination experts. A comprehensive review and vetting process of the local third-party vendors has been conducted to identify the most suitable partners to provide safe and memorable services. Please refer to the “Benefits of Booking Shore Excursions With Us” section for further details.

Our recommendation is to start the booking process as soon as possible. Pre-Designed Private Excursions can take two to three days to be confirmed and Custom Private Excursions can take longer to arrange depending on the request. A reduced list of Select Group Excursions will be available on board, but as most excursions have limited inventory, booking before the cruise is highly recommended.

Pre-Designed Private Excursions can take two to three days from the initial request and Custom Private Excursions can take a bit longer depending on the request and design process. A destination expert will reach out to you to assist with your private request.

Some destinations, particularly the smaller islands, have very limited availability for excursions. For any excursion that is sold out, guests can request to be added to the waitlist, where bookings will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend making arrangements in advance to ensure your preferred excursion is available.
