MEETING SPACES AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Groups looking to conduct meetings, gatherings or breakout sessions while on board can reserve our multifunctional meeting space for no additional fee, with various options for seating configurations. A simple food and beverage setup will be provided, and additional catering can be arranged. For a more relaxed and social event, a private reception can be held at the yacht’s bow or in The Observation Lounge. All guests can be seated at once for dining in our onboard venues, and additional celebratory experiences can be arranged on land to accommodate full groups through our relationships with Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Luxury properties worldwide.

CUSTOMIZATION AND BRANDING

With a full-yacht charter, just about everything from itineraries to shore excursions and menus can be customized and branded with a company’s identity and messaging. We work with our clients to personalize itineraries, including the time spent at each destination, with customized excursions and events ashore. On board, our clients have the flexibility to transform connecting suites into larger spaces. Daily schedules are arranged with the client in mind with flexibility for special events. Customized menus, collateral and co-branded gift items provide a final personalized touch to any group or charter experience.
